Great hotel in Hong Kong! Excellent location with tram, bus, and metro stops nearby, plus several 7/11s, a supermarket, and plenty of restaurants and cafes. The hotel itself is very pleasant and quiet, and the beds with pillows, blankets, and mattresses are as soft as in a 5-star hotel. Daily cleaning service, unbelievable hotel for the price.

The staff's not even smiling to welcome us. This was the basic manner of hospitality right? We stayed at 3 hotel at hk, and this hotel gave the 👎 experience in term of services. No door boy that help us to open the door at the lobby even when we bring a lot off stuffs (stroller, shopping bags, etc).

โรงแรมใหม่มากๆ นอนสบาย จากสนามบินมาที่สะดวกมากๆ และเดินทางไปยังสถานีต่างๆก็สะดวก โรงแรมสามารถลง mtr wan chai หรือ Admiralty ก็ได้ ส่วนตัวลง Admiralty สะดวกกว่า ออกทาง exit F เดินทะลุข้างๆห้างออกมาได้เลย เป็นทางเข้าด้านหลังโรงแรม
