What can be praised about this hotel is only the water heater which functions very well. Room cleanliness, especially bed linen, needs to be improved. The bed sheet has lots of spots which show that it is not suitable for customers. Fast WiFi, sandals pay 5k, no water heater and also extra bottled drinks. The location is very close to the road, so you can definitely hear the sound of vehicles.

Atau minimal dikasih showercap juga kalau showernya ngga bisa slow keluarnya. Tapi suka nginep di sini, alternatif untuk tempat istirahat aja. Bisa jadi ke depan milih di sini lagi.

The hotel has changed its name when I arrived. The first impression alone is very unpleasant; 1. The security guard who was standing right in front of the entrance lobby door was even busy chatting even though I was having a lot of trouble lifting my suitcase and stuff. The hotel lobby doesn't have a special lane for carrying luggage, so we have to lift our suitcases up several flights of stairs. 2. The condition of the room is very sad, the sheets and blankets have lots of dirty stains, the curtains are very dusty and some of the hooks are detached from the iron supports, the walls and floor of the bathroom are full of damp stains, the lights are dark and gloomy with black walls, soap is not available at all and shampoo only left half a bottle. 3. No mineral water is provided at all, in the end I bought it myself. And when the receptionist calls to borrow a water boiler, it costs 20 thousand per day. 4. The TV is very ancient, the remote is not available in the room. We have to call the receptionist first to ask. 5. The towels are very thin and dirty. I didn't have time to take photos of the condition of the hotel rooms and so on, please come and see for yourself okay 😄.
