5 Stars Hotels in Pontianak, Indonesia

The vibes, services (kindness) and facility is quite good. I really love the location. But the room cleanliness really need to improve. The room floor felt like are not cleaned yet from the previous guest. I need to clean it in order to get standardized room condition.

The room aircon was not cool enough, the ambience too dark, and the room is not soundproof, sound from outside was inconvenient for me to sleep. Hopefully the can make it better for y next visit.

Tmptnya enak, aman, koridornya ada pengaman kunci.

Nice and suitable for business traveling.

Ga nyesal tinggal di golden tulip setelah drama pindah pindah hotel di Pontianak aku memilih next bakal tinggal di golden tulip lagi, penutupan liburan di akhiri tinggal di golden tulip bukan pilihan yg salah! Pelayanan & kebersihan baik! Breakfast nya juga enak. Tidak berisik. I love the ambience.

I change the room from superior to deluxe. Superior very bad

Location is very strategic. All staff was very friendly. Also with a good prize. That 's the hotel where I will stay in Pontianak.
