The check-in process in the 6th floor is pretty easy and quick. The receptionist, housekeeping and restaurant staff are very helpful and friendly - this really good. The bedroom size is a bit small (narrow), but still comfortable. The bathroom cleanliness slightly needs to improve. The restaurant in the Ground floor is good, foods are varied and delicious. There is also a shopling spot in the Ground floor where we can buy Dua Kelinci's products (DK snacks) - this is fantastic!

Pengalaman menginap OK, hanya agak khawatir karena bertepatan saat menginap terjadi gempa. Agak was-was karena kamar di lantai yg cukup tinggi. Tapi overall, menu breakfast sangat bervariasi dan OK.
