Dengan harga 300an, ini sangat worth it. Cozy room and clean. Swimming pool is clean. They have gym also. The hotel is just opposite to Living Plaza Mall.

The rooms are very clean, the food is delicious, the swimming pool is also separated between children and adults so it's safe. I'm really happy staying here. Will definitely come back again 🙂

The staff is friendly and cooperative. The leaking air conditioner was immediately handled. Cleanliness standards are champions. From the lobby, rooms, pool, fitness center, toilets. Clean all. Keep it up. great. The food is also complete, I hope there is a halal standard. Almost perfect, except for the extra breakfast, in my opinion it's too expensive. 125000/person calculated from above 120 only. Maybe input, it can be in the 60-80 range, right? For kids, they don't eat much 🤭. Anyway, thanks for the hospitality Grand Zuri. 🙏.

Have stayed here several times, but yesterday the front bell boy just opened the door even though I was carrying a big bag while holding a toddler. No initiatives to help. FO the girls started to be mean but when I came down in the afternoon, they were friendly 😆. The hotel is nice, clean, the AC is not cold enough, the main light is not on. But so far I'm quite satisfied because I just want to swim there for the purpose

Actually everything is ok. It's sad that when we sleep at night, why does it smell like cigarettes. We are an anti-smoking family, very sad. Even though in the application we have clicked on the non-smoking area (no smoking area). We think the officers have read and understood. Unfortunately, we finally got home to wash everything. Regrettably, when we checked in, we should have made sure to ask the staff to request a non-smoking room. For breakfast and others, I think it's okay. Moreover, the 10-star swimming pool staff seems to be so polite.
