If the staff is friendly, the cleanliness of room 116 is okay, the bathroom door is broken, there's no tap/sink, there's only a shower so it's a bit of a hassle if you want to brush your teeth using a shower, the bathroom is dirty with lots of hair, the telephone cable is disconnected, the wifi signal is really difficult even though it's on the 1st floor, you have to leave the room, then there's a signal, for breakfast the menu is only moderate, the taste is also lacking, I see people eating a lot of what's left on their plates. The hotel's 3rd floor area is a bit scary/scary, the interior is also old from the floor too, input from us, for hotels in the middle of the city, try to fix all deficiencies in the cleanliness of the bathroom, interior, etc., this is 2023 Going to 2024, surely if everything is repaired Hotel Kurnia will definitely be better.
