I’ve 3 times stay at Myko. All services and the hospitality, better and better. Breakfast, lunch, dinner is free (Thai, Japanese, Western, national food menu). There are connecting doors from hotel to the biggest mall.
Fabulous stay I was extremely happy with my stay, the food was fabulous, the service exceptional, the beds comfy and the facilities more than adequate. All the staff I spoke with were helpful, friendly and very professional. A most comfortable stay!
I've been here for 3 times. Its a nice hotel with affordable price. It's also located right beside the largest mall in Makassar. The staff is very nice and professional.
I stayed for a night here to catch a transit plane the next day. A 30-minute ride from the airport. It was easy to find the hotel as it is located next to Panakkukang Mall (however it is already closed when I arrived due to PSBB). The room was cozy and nicely decorated though a bit small. There is also a wide selection of TV channel. The lighting was dim (one of the light was broken I guess) but if you're here only for sleeping I think it wasn't a big problem. Shower's great but I thought that they had a heater, turns out they don't, so it's a bit chilly to take a midnight shower 🥶 The breakfast was great! I really loved the egg sandwich which I ordered and they delivered the breakfast sharp on 7 am. A great place, definitely going to stay here again the next time I'm in Makassar.
This ia my second stay at the hotel. Overall is recommended. The very best of all is the location in the central town and located next to the Panakukang mall (through the bridge).
At first I arrived really early in the morning and the staff on that shift (man) was really helpful to get me room for early check in as I told him I had meeting in 2 hours and I need to get some sleep first. He got me smoking room where I ordered for the none one. But it is fine at leadt the room supposed to be clean and OK for me to sleep. Next day I was told I can move to non smoking room so I waited for the call from receptionist but none was coming. Turns out the line cable was not plugged properly so that's why no ringing on my room. The thing made me really mad is when check out, I stood up in the receptionist table but not welcomed or supported. The woman only busy with her task without asking me anything until I told her I wanted to check out then she askes me innocently “oh you want to check out?”. I stood up for what if not for check out? She told me to wait for 3 more minutes but she solved in 10 minutes which is not in line with her word. I don't like this kind of incompetent staff when it is just a matter of check out. Cleanliness: floor is dusty, towel is old and color is not white anymore. Bed sheet, so dull. There are lipstick stain in the sheet which was not mine. Also some ants on the bed and duvet which got my while body itchy.
One of my worst experiences, receptionist work extra slow I had to wait for an hour to get a room, theres no kettle in the room, I asked for it since night and the response only “okay, tunggu sebentar ya” but not showing up until the next morning and the worst part theyre giving us the broken one (its not working at all). For 600k they surely are sh*t.
