Hot water ok, but no cold water, how we can take a bath if we can't combine the hot and cold. It's too hot for us. So we have to wait until the water get warm.

The room smells. Like from the bathroom. The hallway is dark. One of the rooms where the ac was ordered was not cold, even moving had to be far away. Not really.
