The room I stayed in (superior) was comfortably larger than most city hotels. It was nicely furnished (I mostly liked the writing desk), the bed and sheets was clean and comfy. The bathroom was also nice and well-cleaned. The front office staffs were helpful and friendly. The main plus for me was this hotel is a stone-throw away from Atrium Plaza, a mid size shopping mall.

Friendly staff and comfy room. When I was checked in, staff assigned me to the room next to the passenger elevator. Then I called to move to the room to quieter place. Suprisingly, staff then upgraded my room and move me to a quiet place. Great place for Wfh. Room was clean, compact, and worth of money. Also the tv is netflix ready! Over all, service was great and room is pleasant. Although the breakfast just basic, will check to Ashley sabang again. Thank you, Ashley and staff.

I had the most pleasant stay in Yuan Garden Pasar Baru Hotel. The staffs, espescially Mbak Layla is super duper humble and helpful. The room was good, foods was delicious. I came early bird before the check in time. Blessed me, I allowed to enter the room at 12 o'clock without extra charge. The room, swimming pool and restaurant was clean. Unfortunately, at breakfast time, there was no standby staff on buffet to serve the food. Some customers was waiting for the staff and the other took the food by themselves (re: covid-19 protocol didn't run well). Hotel rate was very affordable because I got on Epic Sale time 💕

Everythings afe great! Water heater well function, lamp, television, & they accept our request, but just one decreasing my review is the air conditioner just unadjustable, until I call the house keeping but just still same, to hot to inside roon with that temprature 🥲.

Hotelnya nyaman dan strategis, dekat ke mall dan daerah kelapa gading, kamarnya luas dan bersih. Staff sangat ramah, anak2 seneng stay disini. Cocok buat keluarga dan kids friendly. Interiornya oldschool, tp nyaman. Ada playground besar dan tempat main anak, kolam renangnya besar dan bersih. Enjoying our stay there, will definitely staycation disana lagi.

Had a short and great stay. The staff is very nice and kind. Basic stuff like towel and soap are ready to use in the room, only toothbrush and toothpaste isn't available. Hotel room is also clean. They have shuttle bus to airport and it ' s free, make sure to check the schedule on reception. They can help you with wakeup call as well (PS; They will knock the door).
