When we arrived we were greeted with a centipede, you will find a floor that seems clean when you don't use your footwear, a dirty table, a mini kitchen area with lots of ants and fine dust that makes you sneeze, always wear your mask. But despite my dissatisfaction, this hotel has a strategic location and good services.

I was utterly satisfied with the villa. what you see is what you get, which mean a good thing. the place looks exactly the same in the photo. cleanliness is undoubtedly top notch with friendly staff. But unfortunately the food isn't came on par with the villa and itself. I was ordered American breakfast, they didn't put the bacon on my breakfast, meanwhile my friends on the villa ride beside me ordered nasi goreng and it was horrendous, it was all sticky and mushy. You can always buy stuff and cooked it in the villa, because they got stove. Other than that, I highly recommended this place.

The pool is not deep enough, and this is coming from a 5,5 ft Indonesian guy. Now imagine if you’re a 6 ft white guy tryin to swim. Lol. They gave us cellphone to call the reception but the phone didn’t have any credit. Zero. Some of the staff were polite, some didn’t. The lady who checked the bar before I’m leaving, left without saying anything. She’s busy checking her cellphone, didn’t even bother to say “ok, it’s done sir” you know, stuff like that. She just left. Really unproffesional. The villa itself is nice and the price is cheap. I just wish the management will train their staff more on how to do the hospitality business.

The food didn't quite hit my tongue, the food menu was much different from the usual villa/hotel.
