For having this price its pity that hotel didn't provides the toilet tissue and slippers. The room is well, the staff is helpful and welcoming us nicely

The room is nice (hotel standard), but the service is not as expected for the similar price for guest house. No breakfast nor room meal service. Amenities only be given if you are inside the room when the room boy knock on your door. They only clean your room on request basis during 5 days of my stay. No laundry service but they provide laundry from 3rd party. The officers are not friendly. They are busy with their gadget and not greet their customers except for those that are walking to their desk.

It was a really great experience staying with trix, the hospitality, the facilities. The minus was just the wifi, it has a really low connection and I can't connect to it all the time. I don't know what the problem is but hopefully to be fixed soon. Hihi. Love the place, the interior. Other thing is the netflix, I thought trix have their account turns out I need to log in to my own account. Still love the experience. Nice place to stay. Comfortable.

All good but make sure when you arrive to this place there is no stain on the bed/pillow/blanket. You have to pay the charge even though you don't know the stain is already on there or not.

Nice rooms, complete room facilities, comfortable, safe. However, it doesn't provide breakfast, maybe because it doesn't have a restaurant. Overall good and recommended 👍🏼.
