1. Wifi was under maintenance for the whole building. Survived on mobile data. 2. Receptionist is always missing in action. Called the reception for thousand times. Came down and will need to call the number stated at the front desk even for check-in/out as well. 3. Couldn't find my reservation and I have to wait for them for 40min. Taken the person in charge number from the receptionist. Didn't pick up on purpose. 4. No basic amenities. 5. Saw cockroaches in the room. 6. TV has no channels to watch. 7. Tables are dusty and basin has stain.
I book this hotel NCOs location is near to the city. But this management is not convenient to guests which check in check out not easy need wait staff come to reception counter about 15mins refund the deposit which I stay many residents hotel no need to do this troublesome thing. Second is bad for foreigners when I check in I meet one couple from china they not cleaver for speaking English and the reception here also foreign they like one chicken and one duck talking … I become a center person to translate it tools my time about 45mins there. This is my first time bad experience for stay at Kuala Lumpur.
I don't mind was given a room at the end of the building and out of sights. What I mind was the sheet is dirty with stain and the room smell bad. Thanks
