Amazing stay. Brought my kids and the loved it. The beach was right beside the pool. The pool and breakfast was great. The bathtub in the room was a great bonus for the kids. The breakfast was yummy too.

The room looks exactly like the picture. The room very big and we love the bed and bathroom also. Comfy place. Check in and check out process were easy. Kids love the swimming pool and easy way to the beach. And sure this is our recommended place to stay.

Overall a good experience. The room if have microwave would be better. Fantastic view from the balcony. As for the breakfast buffet very limited choice. The hotel should improve on that.

Room is generally run down & old, worst thing is bed bugs. Water tap with loud sound every time when I turn on. Reception ' s attitude is very monotonous, somewhat rude, better to deal with robot. Apart from that, air cond is old, with fan. Refrigerator not working, kettle smell badly. The floor is clean! The surrounding is quite noisy. I wouldn't recommend anyone to stay here. Given the cheap price. Can get elsewhere.

Very nice hotel for vacation. Good beach view. Enough parking lot. In front hotel have a local food court. Nice view from hotel restaurant at evening. Beach behind the hotel by walking distance. Recommended for vacation.

1) Check in memang diinfokan jam 4PM namun karena saya mendarat jam 1PM, saya konfirmasi ke WhatsApp apakah boleh datang untuk early check-in dan dibalas admin WhataApp bahwa "disilahkan”. Sayangnya ketika sudah sampai, tidak diizinkan. Alhasil saya harus kembali ke Pusat Kota menunggu boleh check-in. Agar travelers tidak mondar-mandir ya harusnya dari awal disampaikan saja tidak bisa. Jadinya travelers tidak bolak-balik. 2) Front officer tidak attentive, sudah disampaikan bahwa saya juga akan early check out pukul 7 pagi. Officer menjanjikan akan meletakkan uang deposit saya “200MYR” di mailbox. Paginya ternyata tidak ada di mailbox; Ketika di konfirmasi kantornya kosong dan akan buka lagi pukul 9 pagi sedangkan saya harus mengejar transportasi umum. 3) Saya mengalami exchnage loss karne kegiatan ini. Worse experience in Penang ever.
