The bed is hard, the air conditioner is not cold at all all night. have to sleep uncovered all night

Already booked and paid, and already informed that check-in was requested at 5 am, but it must be our own fault for not calling to check with the accommodation again. When asked to check-in and stay at 5 am The security officer said that he could not stay because it was not check-in time and the owner did not inform that someone stayed and did not give the key. Causing us to find a new accommodation at 5 am And the accommodation did not call or call to show responsibility in any way

The room is very ok at the price. The bed is very wide and comfortable. But the room does not keep the sound of people talking outside to hear in the room at all But it is considered good
