A nice hotel with nice staffs. The room was clean, comfortable. The breakfast in Japanese style was good.

The car needs to be moved out before 23.30 pm(depends on the policy).

The walls were thin. It was very loud when people talked and walked in the hall way, We chose to spend the nights there as we expected the onzen to be all right but it was not at all hot. The water heater in the room didn’t work, either. No refill 3 in 1 coffee (they always do at other places)

The hotel located on the very good location for those who would like to shopping at the walking street (on Saturday). The hotel decoration was very nice. The room was good. Onsen was good. But the shower valve in the room was not in good condition, cannot control to open, switch to bathtub, and when warm water was opened for long time, the electricity will shutdown.
