So unprofessional. Money-oriented with so poor service. Don't ever come to this hotel, you can find a lot of better hotels around. We stay in a long time and no room service at all! Event the lobby, lift etc. all is so dirty. I don't see any travelers coming to this hotel, I just see some young people check in with their friends (I think a lot of travellers read all the bad reviews, and that 's all real! All the bad review is real because I found them myself. Horrible.

Sting smell from toilet. The room floor is dirty and sticky. Just don’t come here. There are several better choice. If you still decided to come and stay here. Good luck with that :)

It’s perfect, but my opinion is not well enough for Rinrada Loft Resident in a room of what! I looked terrible bathrooms in both unclean. Please, I want to inform all the staff that they have to control a good quality of work essential together with other good hotels than this hostel’s Rinrada Loft! Look at the right building and Bedroom, yet it is terrible in the bathroom and staff to have no control anything. I support them to solve- problem! The team employees must control and welcome front the door - hostel. It should improve the new idea of the bathroom. I am positive thinking about providing with Rinrada Loft Resident. Thank you very much!

The place can be much cleaner, specially the room toilet (should be repaint), balcony, lift, floor, reception etc. Also there is no curtains in shower/toilet place, it makes it wet. Rest quite ok.

There's a leak on top of our bathroom. The veranda door was broken. The fridge slight old. Since we were rented the room for sleeping and shower, we are trying to deal with it.
