Hotel WiFi is not working. Staff can barely understand English. Was given a different room upon check-in so I had to go down and show them the picture of the room I have booked.

I booked 2 king size rooms with bath tub, but when I arrived, CS could not find my booking record and told me there was no room for us than to give me two double single rooms! And in the booking I have a special write baby! 2 single bed how my baby sleeps? I call CS, no worth it for my booking to pay, can you refund the money or change the room for me? Than they call me go down to counter, I saw their face is very not happy and say Thai language, I don't know what they say. After that only change a double bed for me, but just change 1 room and no bath tub!

The hotel is at a walking distance from the city centre. This is a budget hotel which tailors well to those cost conscious travellers like us. The hotel room is quite spacious and decently clean. On top of that, a simple breakfast with hot beverage was served. We would choose to stay here if we visit Hat Yai again.

Booked through the agency, walked in and checked in. The receptionist said that the hotel is not affiliated with this agency, only another location. Which we show the booking confirmation and the staff does not allow check-in. She didn't seem to know this agency. We tried to negotiate for a while until we asked to meet with the manager. But that day the manager returned. That employee then called the manager until he was able to check in. waste a lot of time After clearing it up and going up to the room. Opened the door, arrived with shock. She gave me the room that had not been cleaned as shown in the attached photo. Good that the hotel changed the room to a new one. Personally, we think that the reception staff should be retrained at least to know other agencies more broadly. waste of time feeling The new room condition is not much. There are used soap bars that are not discarded. The bed, the white bed linen turned yellow is very old. still good air conditioner
