The place in Old Quarter, near Circle K and attractions (hoen kiem lake, street train Hanoi, etc). I'm really happy stay here. Feeling like my own room. The decorations is nice. I like the room, minimalist and homey. The hospitality from staff and owner is best. Before you come, the staff will confirm your arrival a day before. When you reach the place for first time, the staff will help you to get your keys, to know where is your room, where is the bathroom, and how to use things in your room like AC and Wifi. In the second day, suddenly I catch a cold (because maybe I have jet lag) I ask the staff (or owner?) where the hospital which can foreign come to check. I got the recommendation and it's really helpful. I'm really appreciate for the hospitality here. Thank you very much. Hoping next time if I have chance to visit Hanoi again, I will book in Momento.

I stayed in Sapa room, firstly I have to say this room was beautiful, its decoration was nice. Landlord was so cute, she helped us a lot. If I have a chance, I will stay here again.

Good location if you want to enjoy quiet inside Hanoi center. We chose Sapa room, overall it’s clean and tidy but it’s not cozy, need more adjustments for cold winter (for example: hot air conditioner, floor carpets). My bed and blankets even smell not so good.

I took garden room, nice, simple and clean, location quite good, very easy to visit the downtown and directly get there form airport by bus. The bed tiny but enough for 2-3 Asian girls lol. there one thing that mosquitoes would be annoys you a bit, lol. I would love to come back here again.

Don't have any mirror in La room, the door is not fitting closely & not soundproof. The toilet is very small & don't have a shelf to put things if you need a place to makeup with mirror. But the atmosphere is comfortable.

Spooky night. Only self service and don't have anyone else at lobby or receptiont for helping us. Dirty bathroom also. All of this homestay bad service. I have heavy stuff and can't bring to my bedroom bcos the stairs too small.
