The room was clean and spacious. This homestay is near the ancient town (reachable by walking). They also provided laundry service, transportation service, and tour information.

Room is exceptionally clean and new. Tastefully done for room and bathroom. The down side is that the hotel operates more like a homestay. You have to remove shoe defore entering. The host is not as warm and friendly as guests would have preferred and the black marbled stairways are not lighted up causing wariness going up and down.

Service was bad. The room was clean but lack of toothpaste, toothbrushes and Q-tip. We were back from Hoi An Ancient town to the house at 9pm but the old man who was in charge of looking after the house and opening door for guests at night was sleeping so he was unhappy to see us that “late” and told us that he was okay to open the door for us but it would interrupt his sleep and make he feel tired. Then at night when we were about to sleep we found out that the room was lack of toothbrushes and toothpaste so I told the man and he tried to search everywhere in the house to find toothbrushes for us. Then he couldn’t find it and I had to go to a nearby shop to buy toothbrushes. Next morning my cousin asked the receptionist whether they had toothbrushes and toothpaste or not but she just answered that they has run out of those things and continued to use the computer, didn’t even try to help us or say sorry. Toothbrushes and toothpaste are not expensive but I think they are basic of room’s amenity. The room has two type of blanket: one is really thick and one is really thin. However, the spa next to the house was good. I think the house should try to improve if they don't want to lose customers.

The best one we had during our trip in Vietnam! The host was truly friendly and welcoming, and the location was very close to the ancient town. Not to mention the clean and classy room we got for a very competitive price! Will definitely recommend to my friends.

A good deal hotel, location is enough to walk including rental bike and vehicle back to the airport (cheap price taxi)

The rooms are quite comfortable, but unfortunately you have to pay for mineral water even though it should be a hotel facility.
