The redeem process is quite fast but there is no special lane for Traveloka... there are only a few officers, so many people double-check, waiting for a long time, and the downside of playing here is if your child is under the age of 18 accompanied by their parents, they have to pay 2 people hahah, if it's another place, you only pay 1...

- The 1st redeemed a 300,000 top up voucher via traveloka which was not filled in properly, only 150,000 was topped up by the staff.
- The 2nd, some games when the card was attached, the balance was deducted but the game could not be played.
- The 3rd, a 4-year-old child did not understand how to play the bombom car game.. must be accompanied by parents and must be charged by 2 people.. children under 5 years old should not be charged..
- The 4th is not recommended for those who have not been there.. because 1 game can be up to 20k per game

the staff are not familiar with Traveloka, when we say payment with a Traveloka voucher, it's not even a fast process, the process is slower because it's recorded manually.

the voucher redeem process did not go smoothly, I waited for more than 20 minutes on the grounds that there was no barcode and the staff looked confused. Many games are under maintenance. hopefully the future will be better. thanks.
