All the staff are amazing and so friendly! You don't have to stand up and line up for check-in, they will ask you to sit and they'll help you with the check-in process 😆 the room is kind of old but hey who doesn't like a super clean vintage room? Super nice room with a garden view 😍. They have lots of activity that you can enjoy, some need additional payment but most are included. For breakfast I haven't tried yet because our family went to Jogja to try Jogja's legendary food.

When I complain about view from window in my room there is abound building with many rubish in the pond, the officer said, sorry we are not selling view, we sale room. That was not good answer for officer work in 4-stars hotel.

The location is perfect, the meal is perfect, not much but perfectly available until last minute, the pool is perfect, the room seems old but all is functional, additional lighting will be better, the parking area is enough during my stay, the staff are so friendly.

The staffs were really friendly. We have stayed at some hyatt hotels because hyatt always feels like home. View was great, we spent our time doing all the activities offered and even tried their “angkringan” on the evening! Loved the food there. Unfortunately the only thing missed only breakfast menu. Grilled fish was dry and bland. But overall we had a great stay.

The price is cheap, many rooms, has a big pool, location is good, but can't expect more for the comfortness. Good for budget travellers.
