This hotel is awesome. The receptionist and staff are very friendly and helpful. The room is very comfortable especially the bed. The view also overlooks the sea but I can still see the city. So that from my room, I can see two views at once. Btw, the deposit is only Rp. 200,000 which is still cheap for a 4-star hotel. This hotel is highly recommended. I will be back there again for my next staycation.

One of the best hotel in Makasar, located near Losari, Siloam Int Hospital, and Trans Studio Mall. The room is small but everything was useful inside, great hospitality. The breakfast was awesome, their staffs wear Makasar traditional cloth.

The hotel's location was very strategic. It was near to Losari Beach and it's easier to find good restaurants. The room looked clean. The staffs were very helpful. It was recommended hotel.

Stay here for only 1 night, only for transit since I will flight to another cities, overall the hotel is good, room quite clean, view is great, receptionist really helpful.

- The room is very small (Deluxe City View) we barely can't move around.- The WiFi is extremely poor (better don't put wifi at all) can't get connected.- Ordered Room service-the food was not nice at all (Pisang Epek is not cooked very hard plantain banana-Avocado juice was very bitter -Rice bowl very small portion and very much all rice without condiments.- The Breakfast was dead- there was no table or chairs to sit on, staff keep ignore to clean the table, won't bother to top up empty foods, the breakfast taste bad 2 out of 10.- The lift was very slow.- Reception was very slow due to check out and preferred to chatting with colleagues instead of guest, overall 3 out of 10.

I ask for rice and the kitchen staff said I have to wait like 30 mnutes just for one portion of rice. And on the first night my son going to the swimming pool and the staff didn't gve us the towel, she said the towel is not dry yet. I ask for 2 pair of spoon and fork and 2 for plate they said it will be charged.
