Menginap hanya utk transit 1 malam, sblm melanjutkan perjalanan ke bali. Istri ada tertinggal anting berlian dikamar, saya mencoba menghubungi pihak hotel sampai 2x dan sampai sekarang tidak ketemu. Yaudah mau gmn lagi? Cukup sekali saja stay disini. Terima kasih.

Seluruh staff hotel melayani dengan baik dan ramah. Kamar cukup bersih. Di kamar mandi sedikit berdebu tapi amenities tersedia lengkap dan ada hairdryer, bs ditingkatkan untuk harum handuknya. Karena waktu it handuk saya baunya kurang sedap. Ketika check in di infokan untuk sarapan apabila sahur bs d jam 3 dan jika sarapan biasa bs d akses dari jam 6. Tapi saya turun ke bawah untuk sarapan pagi di jam 7.20, tidak ada staff smx di tempat makan. Kebetulan sy dtg bersama keluarga dr kamar lain yg juga kebingungan knp tidak ada org smx. Tapi memang makanan sudah tersedia bbrp, mgkin hasil dari yg sahur sebelumnya. Sempat ada mba2 yg pakai baju koki putih tp hanya melihat lalu pergi. Akhirnya mulai banyak org yg dtg tp memang tidak ada staff smx disana. Bbrp org kebingungan mencari termasuk sy, dan akhirnya sy ketemu salah satu staff dr ruangan cafe. Lalu mas tersebut yg membantu melayani kami. Sendirian melayani bnyk org yg sudah mulai berdatangan untuk sarapan. Ketika d tnya knp tidak ada staff lain? D infokan bahwa jam efektifnya di jam 8. Saran sy mgkin bs ada yg standby di jam sarapan pagi. Krn bagi yg tidak puasa seperti kami atau bbrp org terbiasa sarapan pagi sekitar jam 7 bs terbantu dengan adanya staff disana. Rasa masakan jg cukup enak.

Semuanya bagus resepsionis dan security nya sopan dan ramah, cuma 1 nama saya jelas abdullah dan saya muslim di kamar di taruhnya bible 😂.

Saya stay di kamar studio 40 king (room only) kalau ga salah di kamar nomor 515. Karpetnya banyak noda ga jelas, warna kekuningan/kecoklatan. Sudah request non smoking room, masih ada bau rokok. Kok tidak sesuai difoto.

Very pleasant stay. Just the weird open bathroom design kind of shocking at first. But the service, comfort and quality were awasome. Love the breakfast & coffee. Actually the best hotel experience in my life for my travel in Surabaya.
