this hotel gave us best experience for family holiday, even their hotel is 3 star hotel, but they served us like 5 star hotel, they have children pool, and the food taste was delicious, the staff was friendly, the one thing that they didn't have was only the gym.

I book for non smoking room and they gived me smoking room because all the room is fully bood, they moved me from non smoking and high floor to lower floor and smoking room.

The cleanliness was not so good, especially at the room and at the corridors, sorry to say that this is the worst Ast*and hotel that I've visited. Yes its little bit old but I believe the staff could maintain it better.

Lokasi strategis. Parkir Luas. Para Staff ramah-ramah. Shower sedikit kurang kencang, handuk ada bercak lama. Lantai ada ubin sudah mau lepas di satu spot. Air mineral harus di ambil di luar, dengan dispenser. Overall lumayan untuk transit saja.

The toilet not clearly cleaned, there ' s a disgusting smell. They're bot change/clean the pillow. So I must sleep with my clothes under my head. The soap dispenser is broken.
