Overprice utk harga laundrynya dg kelas bintang 3, dan laundry bag/plastiknya spt tidak modal, hanya plastik kresek ukuran besar spt plastik buah di swalayan, tdk disediakan checklist/nota laundry, pulpen. Hasil laundrynya jg tdk begitu harum. I don't want to stay here for next vacation.

Kamarnya bagus, breakfastnya lumayan, tapi 2x saya dibuat kecewa karena room servicenya. Ada 1 hari yg kamar saya tidak dibersihkan sama sekali dan laundry tidak diangkut. Padahal kamar ibu saya di lantai 3 selalu dibersihkan. Kemudian di hari berikutnya kamar saya dibersihkan tapi tidak dikasih handuk bersih. Klo mau nginep disini, kudu tegas ke room servisnya. Ini pertama dan terakhir saya nginep disini. Not recommended dg servisnya.
