the accommodation is perfect, nice and cozy bedroom, they have smoking bedrooms..😘. the staff very helpful. swimming pool is amazing. I love the breakfast, especially lontong sayur and hainan chicken rice. perfect.

The hotel staff were all very polite and helpful. The room was cosy and very clean. Excellent room service as well.The best part is when the very humble and cheerful General Manager send my family off when we were leaving the hotel. Will definitely come back and also recommend to others.

Like another BWP Hotel in Indonesia. It’s a great place to stay with good food. My 1st time here but certainly not the last. I’ll be back soon. Best hotel. Next to Hang Nadim Airport or Punggur Port.

My overall breakfast experience was satisfactory; However, one minor issue arose concerning the separation of breakfast times between hotel guests and apartment residents. On my final day of stay, there was a noticeable increase in the number of apartment residents, leading to overcrowding in the restaurant. Arriving for breakfast at 9 am, I found several items already depleted, and the ambience was somewhat disrupted by the noise from the large groups of people, typically families, residing in the apartments. Given the disparity in accommodation rates, I believe it is essential for hotel guests to receive the service commensurate with their investment.

Bedsheet which has stains was not changed throughout our 3 nights stay (though to clean room light was activated). Glass used was also left unclean throughout the stay. The toilet water discharged was blocked and even though complaints were made, matters unresolved. Not worth the monies spent and won't recommend this hotel.

Been staying at BW for almost all visits to Batam, as usual, comfortable and cozy room and bed. Has some minor issues with the room during the stay, called the Housekeeping Department and they work hard to settle the case fast. The food is superb.

It was an awesome experience, the front desk staff kind enough to upgrade my junior suite to executive suite. Nice and clean hotel. The breakfast was excellent and satisfied.
