Good hotel, clean, tidy, spacious room and even they give us 1 queen bed and 1 single bed to accommodate my family. And very near to LRT station.

Saya kasih nilai 6 dari 10 untuk hotel ini. 1. Proses Check in sangat lama, petugas resepsionis kurang ramah dan sempat menggunakan bahasa daerah sehingga saya agak sedikit bingung. Saya menunggu hampir 1 jam sampai dapat kamar. 2. Untuk lokasinya cukup baik karena tepat di tengah kota dan didepan stasiun lrt pasar Cinde. 3. Ukuran kamar cukup luas dan menggunakan lantai parquet, bagi yang bawa anak cocok menginap disini. 4. Handuk kurang bersih, ada noda bercak darah dan tidak dicuci dengan baik, tapi nggak masalah karena saya bawa handuk sendiri. 5. Perlengkapan mandi lengkap hanya tidak ada sisir saja. 6. Air mineral dapat gratis 2 botol @600 ml, ada juga yang ukuran 1,5 Liter tapi berbayar Rp20,000.7. AC nya bukan ac central sehingga kurang dingin disaat siang hari. 8. Lift ada 3 tapi yang beroperasi hanya 2 dan pergerakan liftnya lamban sehingga kalau mau naik atau turun agak menunggu. 9. Untuk special request (High Floor) diberikan oleh pihak hotel. 10. Menu sarapan hanya ada sedikit varian mungkin karena di bulan puasa. Tapi nasi gorengnya enak, cuma tekwannya aja yang terlalu asin. Btw, terima kasih app yang selalu menjadi andalan perjalanan saya dan keluarga.

Lokasi strategis, depan stasiun LRT, tidak jauh dr jembatan ampera, kuto besak dan city attractions tengah2 kota lainnya. Kondisi kamar baik, dpt view pool & rel LRT. Amenities cukup lengkap. Hanya penerangannya saja yg agak kurang, kamar agak temaram. TV nya belum smart TV, tp ada channel2 internasional. Makanan rasanya cukup enak. Karena waktu itu bulan puasa, sepertinya variasi memang terbatas, tapi spesialnya ada menu khas palembang seperti tekwan & celimpungan. Kolam renang baik, tutup jam 7 malam, tapi harus bawa handuk sendiri dr kamar, nanti bisa ditukar dgn hub room service. Sebelah hotel ada kopi jadul legendaris & enak, namanya Kopi Bo Eng.
