Room is clean and comfort. I would advise hotel to replace towels with the new ones as they are seems to be old and not clean.

The receptionist were friendly and helpful. Process in process was easy. The room is spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable too. They provide free airport shutter for every 30 mins. Highly recommended. Thank you 😊.

It was good for the accessibility and the staff was helping and kind during the check-in procedure. The bad parts were the cleanliness and amenities inside the room. The room was old and there were a lot of stains at the bathroom mirror. The ambience is kind of dark because the lamp is only available at the entry and 1 small hanging wall in front of the TV. The TV is already too old and has burn mark on it around the edge. The night stand is only 1 touch away from breaking and I think it 's not usable anymore because the surface is already tilted by 20 °. For the security aspect, I think they're quite lack of it because there is 1 lift that is free to acess even for people that doesn't have access card.

Nice hotel building, quite big, strategic location, nice and clean room, in general I'm satisfy and no complaint. The staffs were so kind and helpful.

Breakfast was above average. I appreciate that breakfast buffet was replenished even before it ran out. Though the dining area was busy, the place was roomy enough and comfy to eat. The pool was OK, it has a mini waterslide. The best thing was they got sauna and the changing/shower area was big and clean. Toiletries were provided and there was a water dispenser too!

The room was clean, the staff was helpful, I'm quite satisfied with this hotel and definitely will come back later in the future.
