Good room & facility, good service, price is good

This accommodation is perfect for lowest budget

The service was very poor, the sheets were dirty, they would not clean the room, we could not even borrow a broom to clean our own room by ourselves, very appalling really.

No tissue, no towel (then I asked), check out time at 11 AM with no information when checked in.

As a place that we are staying for a couple of days, the service in the place is very appalling as they are not willing to clean our room and we are not even allowed to clean it ourselves by borrowing their broom in order for us to clean it ourselves. This means that our room floor was very dirty with dust and dirt as it accumulated for a week! This also means that our sheets were not being changed! They offered to clean it one day before we checked out and when they did clean our room, it still was not clean enough as they did not clean the bathroom nor the sink. The sheets that they changed were even dirtier than the previous as it has a large brown stain on the pillow case. I was very disappointed.

for that price it is very appropriate with the facilities obtained. employee friendliness is the hallmark of this place

The trash bag isn’t in the room so I must throw my trash without it. And they have to put sajadah and tell where’s the qibla for sembahyang.
