the service is very friendly.. especially the front desk guy I don't know his name.. they have few parking lots if you want to ask for free parking you can get it from the front desk guy.. my request was granted too.. they also have water dispenser so you can refill water freely.. but don't drink the water that displayed in your room because they are for sale... I really enjoyed and had good time in this hotel.. thank you very much.. will come back another time maybe..

if you are looking for a budget hotel, I am sure this is the place. but don't worry, the services were good and the breakfast were good too. try the pizza. it's nice.

Pelayanan resepsionis kurang baik, mengecewakan. Dapat kamar tidak sesuai dgn pesanan. Terdapat barang ketinggalan, tetapi tidak ada respon balik sewaktu d lakukan komplain. 👎.

Pros:- Location.- Downstairs has minimarket.- Express check-in. Cons:- Food were sub-par & restaurant area has mosquitoes.- Room quality (toilet has tissue stuck when we checked in)- Towels were due for refreshment.- Parking area inadequate and small.

We realize that the quality of food in our restaurant is not satisfactory and the presence of mosquitoes in the restaurant area is an issue that we need to address immediately.
