I have problems with their crappy lifts! 😂 Both didn't have a working censor! You WILL get crushed by the doors if nobody is pressing the ‘ open door <>’ button from the inside 💀 This is a safety hazard, please fix this. And the view from the room … My god … The window was facing a building rubble. It was like staying in the middle of a war zone … They didn't even bother to fix the bathroom door handle. The screw holes were stripped, so the whole handle came off whenever I pulled it to close the door. I also asked for a spare key card, usually other hotels will gladly give you one as long as you pay a deposit. But they refused to give me one, because they said it was peak season? It was pissing me off. I know the staffs were only following the management 's instructions, but seriously what the fuck? You guys couldn't even give a spare key card? Quite embarrassing coming from a hotel chain in the same group with Aston. I had ever stayed in FaveHotel Bojonegoro & none of these grievances happened on my stay there. Oh, and the WiFi did NOT work. All in all, I will never stay here again, unless I absolutely need to stay in Rungkut.

Room is not big, but it is okay, clean and functional. Good aircon, good water heater. Not much amenities but it is okay. Breakfast is plenty variety, one thing I highlight they give you cinnamon and clove as your condiment on coffee.

I had the most pleasant stay in this hotel for Lebaran holiday. Staff were very friendly, always greetings. Receptionist offer a upgrade for a better room and view, which cost 200k (including early check in fee, 50k) for 6 days 5 nights. Room cleaning and new towel everyday. Strategic location, walk distance from Transmart which located right in front of it. Definitely will consider this hotel again for my future stay in East Surabaya area.
