Everything is okay (clean room, satisfactory room service, delicious food, location near toll exit), only one drawback: bath soap is ran out (didn't ask for it because I brought it myself).

Nyaman, dekat dengan akses pintu tol dan bandara kertajati. Good job.

Good services, but the room can be cleaner, spider nest all over the drawer.

New hotel in new condition, the staff were friendly & nimble, but there was a problem at breakfast, considering there were extra people, but the staff were a bit insistent, especially because the extra payment had to be in cash, it couldn't be non-cash. Because the room had just been painted, there was still a strong smell, the location was quite far from the city but right at the toll road exit so if you went to the airport it was quite close & on your return home you were given a goodie bag as a souvenir. Highly recommended, thank you all.

1. Asking for early check in at 13.00 is not possible, usually in other hotels it is possible because we are bringing a baby. Finally got charged 150 thousand before I could check in early. 2. Entered the room, the room was dirty, the floor was dirty with lots of dust, the bed sheets were also dusty, asked for a change, luckily it was possible. 3. The hand washing sink was damaged, leaking wet everywhere because we were too lazy to complain so we just left it alone. 4. The restaurant is responsive when we order food and drink, the service is fast but at breakfast there are lots of flies, there are no small candles or anything like that provided. 5. Finally, when checking out, only one room card was given, they said they were given two. Hassle searching and so on. And the worst thing is that bed sheets that are stained with chocolate will be fined, even though the chocolate can be lost, usually you won't be fined. Unless it's blood or other stains that can't be removed then it's okay to be fined. The staff is also not friendly. Verv bad experience. We have often stayed in hotels everywhere, this is the worst experience.

Actually, overall this hotel is very good, starting from the nice interior, clean rooms, very friendly service. It's just that when I visited the room, maybe the furniture was still new, so the furniture smelled like wood or there was a kind of wood varnish that made it sting. So we had to turn on the AC and open the room first to let the aroma out.

The location near the toll gate, at first glance, looks like a convention center. It turns out that the equipment in the hotel is quite modern and comfortable... then the breakfast variety is quite good, unfortunately the toaster didn't work well yesterday...
