For me the hotel is quite old and dark. Cleanliness is fair. One thing that I would like most to highlight, please change your linen softener into the smoother one. It smells too strong until your room smells that too. If its smell fresh linen, I wouldn't complain about it but it smells like cheap parfume, I am so sorry that I made your receptionist change all bedding linen for me in the middle of the night because I really can't stand it.

Best place to stay in ubud. The room is clean and spacious. Definitely will come back again to this Vila when staying at Ubud.

Awesome villa. I booked 2 bedroom villa, each room comes with bathtub. Staffs are helpful. Room service only available until 1.30 pm, but you can do delivery from nearby restaurants.

The villa was kind of nice, but the weird thing was the breakfast part. 300k extra to get breakfast, nasi or mie. You would expect a good meal or a big meal. The truth is small portion and that 's also better. The taste was a joke. As a cherry on the pie. 10k for delivery to your villa. Which is approx. 50 steps from the restaurant. Using Covid as an excuse that your kitchen is not up tp full service is dismissible. I strongly recommend anybody to stay away from this place. Plenty of better places to stay at Ubud. Oh, don't expect the extra effort from staff to help you with a rental motor. Safe your energy and google/insta by yourself.
