The hotel facilities was awesome, the swimming pools, and also the spacious room was a great deal. Things that annoys me was the deposit that they wanted me to have at the first place, where it 's not a common thing I suppose nowadays. The lady at the reception was also forgot to let me know that we had a free parking. Some hotel officers were also enjoyed staring at us on the entrance gate instead of giving as a greeting. And yupp, try to minimize those handy talky thingy when you have guest at the front of you.

Bad experience since checking in at 16.00 room still not ready until 1 hour later. No slippers no towels. AC not cold. Breakfast taste plain, chicken tough, porridge cold. 👎.

Bad bad bad experience. 1. Check in jam 16.00 kamar belum ready masih disuruh tunggu 1 jam. 2. Tidak ada handuk tidak ada slipper. 3. AC tidak dingin. 4. Menu breakfast ayam kecap a lot, bubur dingin, nasi goreng teri bau amis.
