My 2nd time here.. Still have a really really satisfying experience.. The room were super comfortable.. The ac is cool.. Breakfast very delicious.. They got smart tv in the room so I can watch YouTube directly.. I love this hotel!! Will totally come back again when I visit Malang.

Really straight about smoking rules. Which is I really love that. Fresh room wif a smart TV as a bonus. I really enjoy this hotel while I stay here

Nilai tambah satu-satunya hanya karena Hotel ini berada di kawasan kayoetangan, sedangkan untuk fasilitas kamar, wifi, kebersihan & layanan Lainnya sangat jauh dari kata worth it untuk rentang harga/malam di daerah Malang.

Don't even think to book the driver 's room. The room is big enough to accommodate a bed and a small desk and that 's OK, all you need. The big problem is that they are located in the basement of the hotel, behind the garage. The door have ventilation stripes and then the corridor has an inner courtyard with direct connection to the street-this makes it very very noisy at all times. You don't get towels, no sheets to cover (at night I had to cover with a scarf), no soap, not even toilet paper. If the driver 's room were in the hotel (and not in the garage), it would be a total different comfort, but like this you feel like a rat trapped in the cellar. For this money, better go somewhere else. I wouldn't stay here again.

Sy kembali sore hari setelah check out utk ambil barang yg dititipkan. Staff cleaning di toilet guest perempuan (lobby) tgl 6 Mei pukul 17.05 sangat tidak sopan. Laki-laki nyelonong masuk ke toilet perempuan, dg posisi sy sedang merapikan hijab di depan kaca, dia tetap masuk. 2x 2x. Memang tidak bisa menunggu sebentar customer keluar utk bebersih? Sungguh tidak sopan.

It ' s a small room with no ventilation, the bathroom is also shared, not a bathroom a toilet which doesn't work either. Very bad experience.

Lokasinya strategis. Kamar bersih dan nyaman. Air panas untuk mandi hanya suam2 kuku, itupun harus menunggu 5 menit lebih. Makanan di hotel non halal, saya tidak pakai vouchernya.
