The hotel is magnificent, grande. But it is unfortunate for cleanliness to still have to be improved. I included some photos to prove the dirtyness of the room. What should be praised is that the janitor who was quick to come and change the torn pillowcase and offered to revacuum the rug again. What I regret most is that only one access card was given. Though each guest has their own schedule. The receptionist said this was the manager's policy. My room phone was broken so I couldn't order food to be delivered to my room. Sincerely to the male and female receptionists on duty who have done great things to make my business visit enjoyable. There is also no vitrage in the window. So the option available is just to open the curtains and everyone outside could see or close the curtains and everything in the room looks dark

The room is clean, and the staff are helpful. But the pillow in the bedroom isn't really comfortable anymore, please change to the new one.

1. At my first arrival to the hotel at around 8pm, I was disappointed with the door man/security manner, who not only didn't help me with the luggage from the car, but also not greet me at all as the guest who arrived in the hotel. OK, one may be too tired to behave, I think. 2. Entering the room, I was disappointed with the fact that the room design was so old fashioned and need to refurbished immediately, personally not"value for money"comparing with the room rate I have to pay. 3. When I tried to use the electric kettle, there 's some leftover water from the previous guest, how disgusting. But then I washed the kettle, tried to use it and wow. It produced smoke. I called the reception asked for replacements, and 10 minutes later, the staff delivered the replacement with an old,"shabby"and bad condition kettle as you could see in the photo. It seemed that some operational staff kettle had been lent over to me. Speechless. 4. When I start to bathe, I found a tiny small cockroach among the amenities, which so disgusting for me. 5. Then when I went to sleep, I saw black stain on the neatly folded bedsheet. It just completed my day. I do have photos of the shabby kettle and stained bedsheet, but somehow I could not attached them. So, in my opinion, the operator of this hotel really need to decide, whether they want to stay in hospitality business or not, since in my opinion, this was one of my nightmare in my whole experience of staying in the hotel. Please Grand Serela Yogya, please do the changes. Thank you.

Kindly be noted for parents with toddler that this hotel ' s room service is only available until 9PM, there is no water dispenser, so be ensured you do prepare snacks and water supply. Bathroom needs air refresher and kindly check your sheets, my son keeps sneezing. Carpet is also dusty. It will be better to have something greenery in your mini garden.

Good location, it's just so dirty. The night lamp and carpet were dusty, found 4 cockroaches in the room and other bugs in the toilet.
