There is no bottled water in the room, the water container is not clean, and the door was opened by the hotel staff while I was sleeping the next morning. It was really a bad experience. The management of the hotel does not meet the standards of a star hotel.

I was very disturbed by other guests who brought children, the children were very noisy and ran along the hallway, making me uncomfortable with their noise all day long.

To be honest, overall was OK, room clean, using new technology, staffs were polite and always smile, swimming pool nice. But, the room was not soundproof for my room, I can hear someone coughing from the room next of mine, and I can hear clearly their TV sound, it as so loud, I believe they can hear mine too. Another one, does the gym already available? Because I can't find one near swimming pool.
