Very close to malls. Room was clean and comfortable. We had a room facing the ocean. Breakfast was great. Staff was helpful. For one who drive, hotel parking is limited unless parking far from lobby.

This might be the first and last time :( From the beginning of ordering a room on the application, I already noted that I wanted a non-smoking room because I was bringing a baby (got room number 918). I didn't know when I entered the room the smell of residual cigarette smoke really stuck. Call me straight away. went downstairs to ask for a change room, apparently there wasn't one. After 1 hour, the room was used and so on, the receptionist called again to find a room, because the room was already being used so I said no need because my door was open and the bathroom blower on (I opened the bathroom door). After that, before I wanted to sleep, I smelled very thick cigarette smoke from the next room (coming in through the gap in the connecting door). My child (baby) and my husband were already asleep. I called the receptionist. to ask whether the room next door was really a smoking room, and the answer was 'the room there can indeed smoke/can't smoke'. So again I was really disappointed, even though the receptions gave me the option, the child was already asleep and would be a nuisance. Next I probably won't make this my first option to stay if I bring a baby, a traumatic experience for sure :( I hope the hotel can fix problems like this.

The hotel service is really top. Room size is relatively small for a resort. It's a shame the swimming pool doesn't face the sea. For breakfast, the menu is less varied and the taste is just ordinary. There is more parking for hotel guests because they have to share parking with apartments and malls, not to mention our effort to get to the hotel lobby because we have to park far away.
