This place is perfect for any gateways. The people so kind and lovely. Thank you for every sincere service here, especially Deny in Restaurant, Restu and Novan in Housekeeping also Rizal in concierge. They made our stay more memorable. Always in love to stay here!

Our stay at the hotel was nothing short of exceptional! From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us with extra-miles hospitality that felt both genuine and warm. The bedroom facing the swimming pool also offered stunning views of the sunrise and sunset over the cityscape, making each moment feel special. The ambiance of the hotel was incredibly homey, providing a comfortable retreat from our busy travel schedule. Every detail was taken care of, from the delicious breakfast to the meticulous housekeeping and attentive butler service. Even the healthcare staff in the sauna/jacuzzi and pool area ensured our comfort at every turn. Celebrating"mudik"with my family here in Indonesia was truly enhanced by this beautiful getaway. A heartfelt thank you to everyone at the hotel for making our stay so memorable! ♥♥.

Customer service is exceptional: the staff are attentive to your needs at every step and anticipate your requirements. Facilities are great-pool, gym, sauna, jacuzzi etc. And open for long hours. Breakfast was almost overwhelming in the choices available and delicious.
