According to my experience: 1. All the staff mostly playing with their mobile phone. Its not guest oriented, which is as a guest I don't feel that they're aware with guest present. 2. The breakfast was not good at all. Its cold and hard, maybe they brought it from outside. 3. If you spend two days, the housekeeping will lately make up your room after you desperate to do so. 4. My second day was terrible, the hotel electricity was cut off and there wer no announcement from pa system' for this problem, which is the hotel management didn't take it seriously. The should announce to appologies and talk to not panic, as they Will solve the problems. 5. The chinaware and the soap dispenser are broken and they still put it in the room. That's rubbish! No dignity at all. 6. The front office staff always taking breakfast from the buffet for the guests, at least toasts and Snack. That's so ridiculous. 7. Only 2 staff taking care of breakfast, one girl clear up the table (which is not efficient, because she's also in charge for room checker), and one man who always playing with the phone taking care of refilling the buffet, he always late to do it. No respect at all. 8. The open parking space is too hot, the car Will slowly cooked. 9. All the linen have some stain which is consider as dirty linen. 10. The TV show is not good at all, even though the TV is in HD mode.
