Overall is nice, just unfortunately many facility were under maintenanced, such as outdoor pool, outdoor basketball court, mini roller coaster, etc and because of that so much building material and worker are there.

Hotel keren karena banyak lokasi hijau dan aktifitas keluarga, staff sangat ramah dan membantu sekali. Tapi sayang pas ke sana banyak yang di renovasi karena pas bulan puasa

Tidak ada informasi yang jelas bahwa kolam renang sedang renovation dan juga Waterpark sudah tidak ada. Saat check in d info hanya kolam anak masih bisa. Foto dan info di apps juga tidak update

Kekurangan: 1. Fasilitas kolam renang sedang dalam perbaikan/renovasi tetapi tidak ada info di website sehingga tamu tidak akan tahu terlebih dahulu jika banyak fasilitas yang tidak dapat dipakai. Kolam renang indoornya pun kotor seperti jarang dibersihkan. 2. Tidak family friendly (khusus untuk yang membawa bayi/balita dengan stroller ataupun yang membawa lansia dengan kursi roda) Dari lobby sampai ke tempat kamar sangat jauh dan tidak barrier-free (banyak anak tangga dan tidak tersedia jalan untuk kursi roda) 3. Lantai kamar saat pertama kali check-in sangat amat kotor, sampai 3 hari menginap selalu memakai slipper hotel ataupun sandal. 4. Terdapat policy, fee membayar 20ribu ataupun 25 ribu (berbeda ketika bertanya ke 2 staff: D) jika meminjam piring atau mangkuk atau sendok garpu lebih dari 2.5. Pesan makanan dari ojek online tidak diperbolehkan titip langsung ke reseptionist/lobby. Harus dititipkan ke posko di depan sehingga menyusahkan tamu (walaupun bisa minta bantu reseptionin untuk diambilkan-tidak praktis, menghambat waktu) 6. Breakfast bukan buffet tetapi set menu. Kelebihan: 1. Staff mayoritas ramah dan membantu.
