Receptionistnya ramah dan makanan di cafe juga enak! Love the hot chocolate and tahu pong. Tapi sayang bgt untuk harga 746k di high season, kamarnya kurang bgt padahal itu tipe deluxe (diatas standar). Beberapa bagian masih berdebu, air showernya juga kecil, gagang pintu kamar mandinya lepas hikss. Karena dapet kamar di atas cafe persis jadi agak berisik. Semoga kedepannya bisa diperbaiki ✨.

- Location: a bit tricky to find, not in a main road, a bit far from the city center.- Parking space: we need to park on a dark area across of the hotel, but there is a security staff guiding us.- Hotel's staff: very friendly. Check-in process is fast. They also helped to arrange the twin bed in one room to become one.- Hotel's exterior and amenities: standard budget hotel with limited parking, lobby, and restaurant area. Plenty of seats outside of the rooms for guests to relax and chat.- Bedroom: small and clean, with a decoration window that cannot be opened. There are also 2 mineral waters provided for free, along with electric kettle and 2 sachets of tea, coffee, and sugar.- Wifi: stable.- Bathroom / toilet: hot water shower is available and stable, the toilet seat is not comfortable and might need to be replaced, the bathroom wall can be cleaned with a stronger chemical soap to make it much cleaner.- Room's soundproof: OK, was awake past midnight after hearing the sound of a boy crying.- Room's bed quality: comfortable with a clean bed sheet, but maybe we checked in too late so the other room only got twin bed instead.- Breakfast: a standard bento box contains rice, fried noodles, fried chicken pop, slices of watermelon and orange juice. We can ask the staff to refill our orange juice, but we are not sure if there is any refill maximum limit.- Check out: fast and straight-forward at around 9.30 AM.

Perfect for families, easy access to many places in Jogja, rooms are clean and completed with amenities, and the staffs are friendly.

The room was smaller than I expected, but it ' s clean and has a working desk + chair. The AC and hot water work perfectly. Added IDR 35,000 to have the breakfast, the portion was very small (only 1 slice of toast, 1 small fried egg, beans, watermelon, and 3 small sausages). Overall I'm pleased with my room, will probably go back there for an affordable stay near the city center.
