I arrived at the hotel and immediately check out because of how dirty and smelly the rooms are. It dosn't look like they even changed the sheets, there are visible yelow sains on the pillow sheets. There are even a LOT of lints on the bed sheets which make us very uncomfortable. There are many bugs in the toilet and disgusting odor. The receptionist doesn't even wait behind the counter. We had to wait many minutes until the receptionist came, even when we rang the bell.

I stayed 2 night at novatel. the room is uncomfortable so many mosquito, AC not cold, bad shower, an I think the price is expensive for hotel without breakfast and all facilities is bad. the picture in traveloka not same with the real. I really satisfyed
