All staff are very polite, helpful and friendly, the room is spacy and cozy with beautiful view to Jatim park 2 that full of great animals & fresh air. The restaurant is most great one with ambience feel like in a real jungle and variances delicious menu. Overall love this hotel much. Thanks Pohon Inn, definitely will recommended to all our family and friends.

Stay 2 hari dengan kamar banyak semutnya. Saya bayar extra untuk balkoni tapi kursi balkoni cuma ada satu, request kursi balkoni satu lagi ke bellboy cuma dijanjiin bakal diantar requestnya dan tidak pernah difollow up sampai kami check out. Terlalu mengabaikan guest request point saya.

Kamar luas, bersih, pemandangan bagus & restoran ada area meja berputar. Hanya saja jarak drop off ke lobby jauh dan anak-anak umur 5 tahun ke atas dikenai biaya tambahan Rp. 50.000,- untuk sarapan.

Hotel tidak ada fasilitas kolam nya. Malam2 diatap tikus berlarian. Gak bisa tidur. Makanan saya tidak coba. Tapi sepertinya kurang meyakinkan. Yah plus nya klo kita mau ke jatimpark2 dapar bonus tambahan 1 hari lagi utk akses ke jatimpark2.

Pengalaman staycation disini: 1. Tidak ada info di keterangan Traveloka atau Hotel. Dengan Harga hot deals/room only kamar type tertentu tdk ada balkon dan baru diinfo saat check in dengan statement ākebijakan hotelā. Saat konfirmasi infonya akan dihubungi manajemen hotel namun dari staff hotel dan marketing tidak ada feedback. 2. Hot water tidak berfungsi. 3. Telp Receptionist slowres (tidak ada yang terima) 4. Channel TV tidak berfungsi cuma 1 (SCTV) sudah tlp receptionist no respond. 5. Pinjam alat makan lebih dari satu kena charge. 6. WiFi tidak stabil.
