The room was spacious and cozy, the bath room nice no smell and clean. The breakfast was very delicious with varieties of food. The pool very nice kids friendly my daughter very happy. Thank you for all the warm hospitality during my stay with my family. And one more things, its next to the mall, very easy to look for the dishes or food in the mall.

Didalam kamar ada tiang besar, dikasih kamar connecting door, jadi suara tdk soundproof, suara dari kamar sebelah jelas terdengar.

The receptionist/front office who served me when check-in was busy with his cellphone but still served me in a hurry without explaining what the hotel facilities, because he was working for other order or request from other guest, he could have asked me to move to another front office if he was busy, but still served me only moderately and in hurry. I wanted to write his name here but he didn't introduce himself and there was no name tag on his shirt. The room matches the photo, when I entered the bed cover there was dirt on the outside but it was quickly replaced by housekeeping, this is a good job! The room is not very soundproof so my room which is near the elevator can still hear the sound of people talking passing by. Breakfast is just ordinary, juice and fruit are not fresh and have a small variety, western food and bakery needs to be improved, taste is not like a four star hotel. The traditional menu is better, but I didn't try everything. Maybe next time, I'll eat breakfast the traditional menu only.
