The staff were helpful as usual and the small swimming pool is nice. But the main hassle is you cannot open the windows and in one room we had the AC was never sufficiently cool. It was cooler outside than in our room. An open window would have made a big difference.

Hotel sudah cukup berumur tapi masih sangat comfy, sangat cocok untuk berlibur, dekat dengan pusat kota. Overall rekomended buat yang mau berlibur di Malang 👍

Kind of okay, the room cleanliness is not too good, the hotel is kind of eerie, facility is not explained properly, only 2 person attend the check in lounge.
