SAME Hotel Malang

The room was comfy and spacious just like in the pictures. The front desk officers were super nice and friendly, one of the lady officer let us had an early check in and they helped us to store our luggage. Definitely will visit again when I'm in Malang!

I booked for a queen bed but I got a paired twin bed instead. What ' s the point for a reservation then. Also we need to search for the person responsible for the valet since no one stand by in the area. The food options are limited.

My child's desire for noodles was met with a bit of heat, but this seems to align with the local palate. Our room, though reasonably sized, accommodated us comfortably. The additional bed for our child, albeit on the floor, served its purpose well. The regular room cleaning added a touch of convenience to our stay. The security guy and valet service stood out for its professionalism, streamlining our experience and reflecting the hotel's commitment to quality service. Overall, the hotel exuded a nostalgic old-world charm while maintaining impeccable cleanliness. A well-balanced mix of service quality, comfortable accommodations, and a touch of history made our stay a memorable one.
