Originally I always stay in this hotel when I came to Malang. But now, this hotel becomes not a comfortable place anymore. The room is oldies & dirty, with some features inside the room are not working well. My window has no view. The cost for additional breakfast is too expensive, and quality of food is just standard. If there is an event (from corporate or government) during your stay, there will be the worst time, because it will be noisy and crowded. Not recommended hotel.

My Family had a pleasant stay. The family room is very spacious. The breakfast has many variant of menu, decent but delicious, exceeding our expectations. With the help of nice receptionist, we get family room at the top floor, quite and serene. Kids Zone and Pool is ok for children having fun and play.

The accommodation looks exactly like the pictures. The room was very spacious and it had a balcony. The bed was comfy and the AC worked well. They also provided so many options for breakfast and all of them were tasty. It was a great experience to stay with Savana hotel.
