There was a bit Aircon problem when I checked in at the initial day but the Supervisor handled situation very well and managed to move me to another upgraded room for complimentary; appreciate the efforts. The overall stay was great Hotel facility and staffs hospitality were awesome as well as the food. View from 18th floor was magnificent by overlooking Makassar’s iconic new Mosque moreover the sunset gazing experience was unforgettable. I would like to rebook this property sometime in the future. the accommodation looked exactly like pictures, comfy, clean and spacious even though in a covid pandemic state 19 situation at Makassar town. thanks for staff hotel to provide a sense of security and comfort while in the hotel. we hope will stay again soon in normal situation at Makassar 🙏

Lantai kamar mandinya licin, saya jatuh di kamar mandi sangat keras dan cukup fatal, kening dan siku saya sampai luka cukup parah; Mungkin perlu dipertimbangkan mengganti keramik kamar mandi dengan yang tidak licin meskipun kena air dan sisa sabun …!

Saat check-in, resepsionis di Lobby dan petugas di Pintu masuk lobby sangat baik dan membantu. Proses check in pun sangat cepat. Saat kami berenang, petugas di kolam renang pun sangat ramah dan membantu kami. Namun saat check-out, petugas resepsionis yg melayani kami di lobby sangat sangat lamban. Resepsionis tersebut melayani seseorang dengan sangat lama. Sehingga antrian menumpuk dan saya berdiri sangat lama. Antrian di sebelah saya sudah selesai 3 atau 4 orang, namun antrian saya tidak juga maju.

Hotel sdh OK, kamar yang kurang maintenance. Banyak perabot yg terkupas hnya ditempel saja. Karpet sangat kotor. Gelas dan selimut ada noda. Lampu kamar suram, tidak ada kursi sofa seperti di gambar. Sendal cuma 1 pasang. Tidak ada lampu baca. Parkir gratis, deposit 300rb. Proses check in dan out lancar.

Worth paying extra for view over Harbour. Room including bathroom was clean, modern. Felt newly renovated. Staff were polite and helpful. Breakfast had interesting local dishes for someone like me as a first time visitor to Makassar.
