All good. It 's just that the check-in process takes a long time (approximately 30 minutes) during peak season. Then the refrigerator in the room didn't work. I was informed that the refrigerator had not been working for a long time. Too bad!

My very first time staying in this hotel. The location is in the heart of Surabaya City, across Tunjungan Plaza Mall. It is very easy to find a place to eat. The room is well maintained, and the breakfast taste is delightful. Swimming pool area is clean and the water is quite warm. One thing, the FB service from the swimming pool took quite a long time because they process the meals from different floors. Also if you need a towel around the pool area, you need to ask first then the staff will give it to you.

This is the first time we (me, my mom, my daughter, my sister and my nephew) came to Surabaya. From the door we've been helped with detail in check in, there's no waiting time at all, the staff really assisting right on our first step into the hotel. The room was clean and comfy. The breakfast time was nice, all the staff were friendly and helpful. There was a pedestrian bridge with a lift next to the hotel so we could easily cross the street to Tunjungan Mall safely. Stayed for 1N near end of Dec 2023. The AC was not working properly so got the technician to repair. Minibar fridge wasn't even cold to store our drinks, and happened in several rooms. Glad the bellboys were quick and always greet us. Looking forward for the improvements.
